I don't "do" galleries, I guess... I know why but I can barely utter the words out loud and admit it to myself. I've shown a couple times, in high school and college. I even won a contest once or twice, but overall the experiences have left me with a bitter after taste that I cannot seem to wash away.

There are these experiences I carry around on my shoulders, and there are scars all over my person and I just wonder and I wander. I look in the mirror, at my small person and think "how much more can this mind and body take until its all over?".

My Uncle and I talked a lot about that yesterday, the threshold for rejection. There are some aspects in my life where the more I'm rejected the more persistent I become and others where I realize there is nothing I can do and decide to give up.

Maybe its time I put down my camera, my pen, my paintbrush, my tablet.... forever...

Anyways.

Work - Quit the gallery, got a good paying job that I'm successful at.

Home - Found a place yay! No longer homeless.
